Inclusions
Rates include use of a vehicle which can be left at the ferry, airfield or house, exit cleaning and premium linens.  

Minimum stays 
7 nights between Christmas and mid January 
3 nights holiday weekends
2 nights all other times 

Notes
A $350 service fee applies to all bookings under 3 nights.  A $1000 cash bond applies to all bookings.
