The Estate feels like it is a million miles from the rest of the world, but Oneroa village with its shops and restaurants is a 5 minute walk away. The property is 400m from the beach and just 2km from the ferry. Waiheke's world famous vineyards are a short drive away.

Bed Configuration:

 Bedroom 1 - King Bed

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed

Bedroom 3 Queen bed plus single bed

Bedroom 4  is in the cottage - Queen bed with ensuite

Please note:   Rates are based on 7 guests.  There is a $100 per person, per night fee for over 7 guests with a maximum of 9. A compulsory exit clean of $400 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival.  Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. 

Please note that the spa pool is not operational.
